Chicken Double Bed - The Juicy heaven

I have been excited to see so many people logging into my blog and reading my posts. So, it made me put up another one to share with you lovely people.

When I made this dish, I was totally confused what exactly to cook, So, all I was doing is going with the flow and innovating as dish was cooking!! Ultimately it came out so good that I noted the recipe down. And have surely repeated it.

Let me share the recipe with you for this delicious recipe made from chicken breasts.

Baked Chicken Breast
Bed of Chicken is made with cooking two chicken breasts like a sandwich with stuffing in between.


  1. 2 Chicken breasts.
  2. Some Salami
  3. Cheese slices
  4. Mustard Sauce
  5. Dried Herbs and Rosemary
  6. Salt and pepper
  7. Chopped Onions
  8. Ginger Garlic Paste
  9. 2-3 table spoons oil


  1. First of all, butterfly the breasts. What I mean here is that you need to keep the breast flat on chopping board, put your hand flat on it to keep it in its place. Now, Take a sharp knife and slice the breast horizontly to split it. However, you don't need to slice it completely. Slice it till the end so that it opens like a book.
  2. Now season both the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, little oil and herbs.
  3. Now you need to put breasts on each other sandiwiching salami, cheese slices and seasoning in between. Should be like a sandwich.
  4. Now heat oil in the pan and cook the chicken breasts in pan. Also, add a garlic clove in the pan.
  5. Cook it on both sides for 4-7 minutes each.
  6. Now, what did we add garlic in the pan for. Tilt the pan a little bit, take a spoon and start braising the chicken with the oil which now has the garlicy flavour.
  7. Once cooked and it gets color, take it out and keep it aside.
  8. Now roast it in oven for 20-25 minutes on 200 degree C.
  9. Now, use the same pan and add onions in it. 
  10. Add the ginger garlic paste, some mustard sauce and start cooking.
  11. Add some seasoning and dried herbs and rosemary.
  12. Once cooked serve it in a plate as the base.
  13. Take out the chicken from oven keep it over the cooked onions sauce.
  14. Do note that once chicken is out of oven, you need to let it rest for 5-10 minutes for it to stop cooking and juices to set it.

Well, here it is. Once cracker of a dish!!!
